Smithers Scientific Services, is the original member of the Smithers organization.  Established in 1925 as an impartial testing ground for the tire industry, the company has evolved into a multidiscipline, independent testing, research and consulting firm.  It now serves global clientele in the rubber and plastics industries and throughout the automotive supply chain.  U.S. facilities are located in Ohio, Michigan and Texas.
